The Organization Strategy focus allows us to work alongside leadership as we identify and help execute processes and procedures to help accomplish both tactical and long-term goals. Services include but are not limited to strategic planning, mission/vision analysis, building out the team, and creating processes/procedures have been the most common services. Through this work, he has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 Honoree by Atlanta Business Chronicle & Georgia Trend.

Development

Our Development focus assists with diversifying and strengthening revenue streams for the organizations. We are honored to be able to build bridges and create partnerships with the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Juan brings close to two decades of community experience to help clients build bridges with their stakeholders. He has been recognized by Young Nonprofit Professionals Network as a 30 Under 30 & Runner Up of the Ann Cramer Civic Leadership Award.

Site Selection

JCM Ventures is a licensed real estate brokerage firm with the Georgia Real Estate Commission . The Site Selection focus is the newest focus area, but he saw that deciding the where is pivotal for organizations’ growth. As a licensed commercial real estate broker, Juan brings years of experience to help clients align their goals through answering the WHERE. He entered the industry due to its lack of Spanish speaking commercial brokers. JCM Ventures is one of the few Latino led commercial real estate firms in GA. The Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has recognized him as 50 Most Influential Latino in Georgia.
