In 2016, the company was founded by Juan Mejia as he was called on to assist various organizations as they formed and needed help with expansion and growth efforts. Juan brings experience from both the private and nonprofit sector. With us, you can be sure that your organization will receive top quality assistance, advice, and vetted introductions when necessary for the successful growth of your organization. All that is needed is heart, dedication, and the right guidance. The compensation structure varies on scope of project but we offer hourly, daily, and monthly packages. If your organization is an established nonprofit, you may be eligible for reduced/discounted rates. Founder
Juan Mejia immigrated from Colombia and grew up in Metro-Atlanta. After graduating from Kennesaw State University, Juan joined the corporate team for a franchise chain and led the operations and their in-house production team across the Southeast. In 2016, he founded JCM Ventures to aid entrepreneurship and scale organizations. He earned his real estate license and became a leading force expanding his previous firm’s commercial division. He is involved with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. He met DT Spade's President and decided to partner with the firm to help not only imagine but help build our city. Juan serves various organizations, some of those include: the Atlanta Ballet, Rehabilitation Enables Dreams, Ser Familia, American Jewish Committee. He invests in furthering his knowledge through leadership programs like: ARC's Regional Leadership Institute, Hispanics in Philanthropy's Lideres Fellowship, and several others. He has been recognized as a 50 Most Influential Latino in Georgia, 40Under40, 35Under35, and 30Under30 for his community leadership. As a community advocate, he works closely with community leaders in order to connect, develop, and empower professionals and entrepreneurs through community, economic, and leadership opportunities.
