As the founder and owner of one of Georgia’s few Latino-owned commercial real estate brokerages, Juan focuses on serving nonprofits, service providers, and government agencies, including Gwinnett Housing Corporation, GALEO, and various foreign consulates.
At the heart of Juan’s life is his volunteer work and passion for the community. For over two decades, he volunteered in the Atlanta community with organizations like Ser Familia, the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Atlanta Ballet, and United Way. He has been named a 50 Most Influential Latinos in GA by the GHCC, 2023 Outstanding Atlanta honoree, 40 Under 40 by Atlanta Business Chronicle & Georgia Trend, 35 Under 35 by the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce and 30 Under 30 by YNPN.
Juan works closely with community leaders in order to connect, develop, and empower professionals and entrepreneurs through community, economic, and leadership opportunities. Because of his work in the community the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors awarded him the Community Service Award in 2022.
